Full Knock Grinder Service

*Available to UK customers only £35 +VAT (£42 total) *

We build all our grinders to last the long haul but, even still, the strongest things need a bit of care and attention once in a while. Our service package includes a full inspection of your Knock grinder including the Aergrind, Feldgrind, Feld47, Feld2 & Feld2 Honed models.

Leave a message in the notes section if there is a specific issue you want us to look at.

Full service includes:

• stripping the grinder
• deep clean
• shaft alignment check
• body o-ring replaced
• shaft o-ring replaced
• 2 x shaft bearings fitted
• 1 x spare o-rings bag
• return postage

Order Process

So that we can identify your grinder, you must print the confirmation for this order and pack it along with your grinder.

Please clean your grinder.

Wrap your grinder in protective packaging and securely pack in a cardboard box (including the crank arm and order confirmation). For repacking info read our shipping & returns page. We won't be held liable for any damage during transit so pack it safely!

Post your grinder to us (we recommend Royal Mail tracked service) at:

Once your service is complete, you'll receive a shipment notification to let you know that your grinder is on it's way back to you!

This should take no longer than 5 working days from dispatch to us.

Please note; this is for out-of-warranty grinders. If your grinder is under 12 months old and you have any issues, please email info@madebyknock.com and one of the team will get back to you.

We only have a limited number of service slots each week so we may make this unavailable when we're particularly busy.
