Refund policy

You have the right to return goods in the condition and packaging in which they were dispatched. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days after the date your order arrives at the requested delivery address.

You will be liable to pay the return postage cost and the original delivery costs. You will receive your refund on successful return of the goods.

In the event of goods arriving  damaged or there is a problem or mistake caused by us. We will refund you completely, or send a second item to replace it.

We aim to be as fair as possible in this and will seek to negotiate with you to reach a happy settlement. However we reserve the right to defer to our payments management system (Paypal/ Stripe etc) to assess the merits of any claim against us for a refund.
