Shipping policy

Your order will generally be dispatched within 3 working days of your payment, unless otherwise stated on individual product listings. We ship orders Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following week.

We use Royal Mail in the UK. For the EU, we use DHL, UPS or similar. For the rest of the world, we use a combination of DHL, UPS and where necessary Royal Mail/Local Post. 

Please note that all duties, taxes and import charges remain the responsibility of the customer according to their local requirements.
