Shipping, Warranty & Returns

Partnering with Royal Mail and International couriers, we ship worldwide. We offer free shipping in the UK for orders over £40.00. In some rare cases, for remote delivery locations we may need to contact you to discuss the delivery options.

Delivery and dispatch

Your purchase will need someone to sign for the package as all items are too large for a standard post box. Please consider whether your home or work address is best for this.

Your order will generally leave within 3 working days from being placed, unless otherwise stated on individual product listings. We ship orders Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm (UK time) on Thursday will be dispatched the following week.

Warranty

We offer a 12 month back-to-base warranty on all our grinders. Contact us if you feel there is an issue and we will attempt to diagnose the problem. Failing that, we'll ask you to return the grinder to us and we will either repair or replace and return to you at no cost.

When instructed to return a grinder, please ensure that the item is packed securely and that the crank arm is not making contact with the body of the grinder. Otherwise this risks permanently damaging the surface of the aluminium in transit. We cannot accept responsibility for items that have been damaged because they are poorly packed. Putting the grinder inside a jiffy bag is not enough! Please also include a note or return address so we can identify the package easily.

Returns

If you change your mind or feel the product is not suitable, you have the right to return goods in the condition and packaging in which they were sent within 14 days, but only if the item remains unused. You will be liable to arrange the return post. If the item/items are returned to us in good condition then we will process a refund (minus outward postage).

Items must arrive at Knock in the described condition and it is the sender's responsibility to ensure this via the use of an appropriate packaging and shipping service. You are strongly advised to take suitable insurance in your postage method against damage or loss in transit.

3rd party items sold by us which are not Knock's own products (for example Aeropress, scales, filter baskets etc) will also only be accepted for full return if the packaging is unopened. In the event that the seal is broken these items are considered used and cannot be re-sold as anything else.

Minor cosmetic marks on cosmetically 2nd-graded items will not be deemed a valid reason for return under warranty.

Please also note that we reserve the right to charge up to 10% restocking fee for items returned as a matter of choice rather than function. This covers charges we will have paid in processing your payment, costs for new packaging where appropriate or in rare instances losses incurred due to transit damage or re-selling.

We will refund you completely, or send a replacement item if the goods have arrived damaged or there is a problem or mistake caused by us. We aim to be as fair as possible in this and will seek to negotiate with you to reach a happy settlement. However we reserve the right to defer to our payments management system (Paypal/ Stripe etc) to assess the merits of any claim against us for a refund.

VAT, local tax & customs duty

As at 15/10/2023 Conyryn Ltd is awaiting VAT registration. Until that is in place pricing does not contain or require VAT. Once VAT registration is complete, sales will include the relevant VAT and receipts will be billed accordingly. 

For the non  EU  / US / Rest Of The World customers, you may be liable for local customs charges, taxes and duty. 

For the EU, our standard price and shipping fee does not include VAT - all import charges, duty and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Failure to pay these resulting in return to the UK will be subject to both the shipping fee paid and our restocking fee of 10% to cover the additional admin costs of International returned post - refunds will only be issued once the item is in hand and any damage accrued in return transit will be deemed the responsibility of the customer.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or local courier compliance -  please check details with your national authority before purchase if you are unsure.
