The return in a limited run of a grinder from KNOCK's back catalogue, the Aerspeed uses an Italian-steel-burr in the body of our best selling Aergrind. 

Using a more open geometry these Italian steel burrs allow a slightly faster throughflow of beans when grinding and are ideal for Aeropress and Pour Over brews, with a lighter body than our classic Italmill burrs. 

Whilst very capable of both Turkish and Espresso grinds, these burrs have a geometry that moves more quickly into the filter range, and so leave a little less dial-in flexibility at espresso but plenty of scope at filter.  

The same build quality and finishing touches are here from our current Aergrind model but with one major benefit...
