Shipping policy

Your order will generally be dispatched within 3 working days of your payment, unless otherwise stated on individual product listings. We ship orders Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following week.

We use Royal Mail / EVri in the UK. For the EU, we use UPS or similar. For the rest of the world, we use a combination of UPS and where necessary Royal Mail/Local Post.

Please note that all duties, taxes and import charges remain the responsibility of the customer according to their local requirements.
